DELIVERY
How much will shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping within Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan; and free international delivery on orders over USD150.
The shipping rate is calculated at check-out based on the shipping address.
When will I receive my package?
Within Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau, you will normally receive your order within 5 working days.
If you are outside of Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau, it maybe take between 7 - 20 working days, depending the shipping location.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will dispatch the clothes from the warehouses to the international distribution centre. Once a courier has been assigned to pick up your package (normally within 4 working days) we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
Due to the global pandemic, you may experience a slight delay in shipping processing times. For any further delivery queries, please email TLC@bellabrawn.com.
FREE REPLACEMENT
We want you to be happy with your new purchase. That is why we have introduced our free replacement policy, where, if any item of clothing that you've ordered does not fit properly, we will send you that item of clothing in a different size that you request, at no additional cost. With free replacement item(s) of clothing, the only thing you need to pay for is shipping. The free replacement is valid for one change only for one item of clothing, and not applicable on items on sale.
No returns required. With our free replacement policy, you do not need to go through the hassle of returning the item(s) of clothing.
If you realize upon trying out your new clothes that the sizing of any item(s) is not fitting, simply follow the steps below:
1. E-mail TLC@bellabrawn.com with the subject headline: Wrong Sizing
2. List your order number, and the item(s) of clothing that are not fitting. Describe the sizing issue, and attach photo(s) if possible.
3. Send!
Once we've received your e-mail and resolved your issue (normally within 24-48 hours), we will e-mail you a 100% discount code for the item(s) of clothing that you would like to replace. With the 100% discount code, you can input a new order of the item(s) of clothing in a different sizing and check-out after paying only the shipping fee.
Done!
RETURNS
We offer refunds on any items returned to us unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags attached, with proof of purchase, and within 30 days of receiving your order. It must also be in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in the same condition that you received it with the original tags attached, with proof of purchase, and within 30 days of receipt of order. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
• Items marked final sale
• Socks and underwear
• Towels
• Bags
• Water Bottles
• Gift Cards
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or as store credit. We'll refund the price of the merchandise, excluding all applicable shipping charges. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
