What are the methods of payment?

We accept from any major valid credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or any other online payment method (Paypal). 

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Sizes

Are the garments in standard sizing?

No, all Bella Brawn items are sized and measured in centimetres and have been translated into individual sizing charts included in all the product pages. Please note that the sizes are smaller than average, and we recommend that you select 1-2 sizes (EU and US respectively) above your regular size for a more comfortable fit. 

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free international delivery for any one-time purchase over USD100, otherwise for any orders under USD100, please see our postage charge calculator during check out. 

How long do I usually have to wait for my delivery?

We aim to dispatch within 48hrs. During any major holidays or sale periods, we will contact you should there be any delays and if are unable to fulfil your order.

What postage method do you use?

We use a all major international (Fedex, TNT, DHL, and local delivery services) to ensure the fastest and safest delivery to your door.

What should I do if I want to return something?

Do I pay for the postage on return goods?

Yes. 

Can I exchange for items or store credit?
