Our policy lasts 20 days from you receiving your order from the courier. If 20 days have gone by since you received your parcel to when we receive it back, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in the same condition that you received it with the original tags attached, with proof of purchase, and within 20 days of receiving your order. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
• Items marked final sale
• Socks and underwear
• Water Bottles
• Gift Cards
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or as store credit. We'll refund the price of the merchandise, excluding all applicable shipping charges. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our tender loving customer service team at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Bella Brawn does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.bellabrawn.com to submit a new order for your new items.
